New Prescriptions

If you are unable to bring your prescription in to our pharmacy, you can also have a new prescription filled at Lorraine's Pharmacy using one of the three methods described below:

  1. Mail: You can mail the original prescription to us at:

  2. Phone: Ask your doctor to phone the prescription to our pharmacists at Lorraine's Pharmacy: 1-613-756-2013
  3. Fax: Ask your doctor to fax the prescription to our pharmacists at Lorraine's Pharmacy: 1-613-756-1216

Note:

  • Be sure to send us your full name, date of birth, any known allergies/medical conditions, mailing address, contact number, and method of payment including any third party insurance information that may pertain to your prescription.
  • We can only accept prescriptions written by a physician, dentist, veterinarian, nurse practitioner, midwife, or podiatrist licensed in Canada, of whom you are a patient.
